Link to recipes

I save all my recipes to Evernote, great feature as I can access it from my phone, laptop, tablet, work computer anywhere!  Particularly handy when shopping and you can't remember the ingredients for something!
You can dowload the app for your smartphone and also on to your computer, but you don't need it to access my recipes as I have shared the folder for everyone.

Scales were not budging

Well week after week the scales were not moving much, with a few too many cheats here and there too it didn't help.  I have to say though my day is 95% strict to the plan and it is the odd day here and there I might have a little chockie or a drink of wine.  I was not overly concerned because my clothes continued to get looser so I knew it was coming off.
This week after celebrating our 20th anniversary midweek and then again on the weekend I still managed to lose 1.1kgs!  Woo hoo!!!!  My new size 14 jeans are already too loose, they need a belt now!  My new size 14 work pants are also slipping down.

I have just purchased Bodysculpt which will give my weight loss a kick start again and help me to tone up too.
Can't wait for it to arrive and get started.  Oh and Brian has finally jumped on the Bodytrim wagon too!
