Finally went back to my Dr for my blood test results.
My cholesterol is still high, this is probably due to it being hereditary and not my diet, because I have been on Bodytrim since May and it hasn't changed. So I am on medication to control it.
My blood sugars are now normal! I was borderline diabetic last year! My iron levels were high so he is going to test my liver function when I go back for follow up blood tests in 3 months time.
This is my down size me blog, about how I started to gradually gain weight and how I hopefully gradually down size back to a more healthy weight. It goes back over a couple of years of yoyo dieting, showing how easily I gave up each time and finally now find the motivation and will power to stick with Body Trim and starting to see some results.

Size 20 to Size 14!
Yeeehhaaaa I am officially a size 14! I bought myself a pair of size 14 jeans today and they fit really comfortably, not a tight squeeze in to them either! I also tried on some blouses for work, last year I tried on the size 18 and it was too small, now I fit in to a size 14!
This has really given me a boost of accomplishment as the scales are moving very slowly - but in the past month I have dropped a size. Now for a size 12!
I have started on the 12 week Bodytrim challenge, to reach my goal weight in 84 days. It is certainly achievable.
My first week in the challenge I only dropped 300gms :( But I think more in cm's came off!
Just had a weekend in Melbourne for training with SANDS so a few blow outs when away, but getting myself back on track again.
