I am up to day 12 - progressing fairly well with sticking to the plan. I battled last night with will I, won't I have some wine, decided no I wouldn't then John turns up with wine! So I had some - but the rest of the day I had been good. I craved a caramello koala and even went to buy one and decided on an Atkins chocolate bar instead which was a better option!
It has been a slow creep down on the scales this week, still waiting to hit that magical '99' but I am so close it is not funny! 100.3 is my current weight today!
Made a nice meatloaf for dinner last night, I really enjoyed it! I served it with notatoes (Cauliflower mash), roasted asparagus, broccoli and mushrooms stuffed with beetroot relish and philly cheese.
Meatloaf - Serves 4
700g lean beef mince
1 onion finely chopped
1 garlic clove crushed
2 tbs chopped parsley
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbs tomato paste
1 egg
400g cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce
Preheat oven 200 deg C
Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes and pasta sauce, in a large bowl and mix well.
Place in a loaf tin or on a sheet of baking paper on top of a sheet of foil, approx 40cm long and form the meatloaf in to a log and bring up the side and secure.
Combine the tomatoes and sauce in a bowl and put on top of the meatloaf and bake for 1 hour or until cooked through, allow to rest for 15mins before cutting.
Per serving - Protein 35g, fat 11.1g, Carbs 1.8g
This is my down size me blog, about how I started to gradually gain weight and how I hopefully gradually down size back to a more healthy weight. It goes back over a couple of years of yoyo dieting, showing how easily I gave up each time and finally now find the motivation and will power to stick with Body Trim and starting to see some results.

In to week 2
After a free day you must follow with a protein only day - so back on to it again, bit hard after really only just finishing detox 4 days prior! Oh well I pulled through! Even though my boss bought Darrel Lea chocolates I did not relent! I kept strong!!!
Looking forward to now having a week of back to normal eating with some bread in the morning and vegies and salad for lunch and dinner!
Oh and this week I should hit below the 100 mark and back down to double digits! Woo hoo!!!!

End of first week
I weighed on the Saturday and I was down 2.9kgs, but on day 7 I was up 200gms, I am putting it down to fluid retention because I had swelled up as I do when on my feet all day.
Sunday I had my first free day - was good all day and then in the early evening I had a Kit Kat - I really did miss chocolate! With my dinner I also had 1 roast potato and some roasted pumpkin. I also had a few Cherry Pods in the evening and some wine! I don't think I went over board, but next week I am going to try to be a bit stronger on the choccies and wine.

Survived the 3 day detox
I survived the 3 day detox and quite a lot easier than the last time I did it. After the 3 days I had dropped 2.5kgs, most of which is of course fluid.
I am now on day 5 of the plan, now in the weight loss phase where I can now have starch at breakfast so I enjoy having my poached egg on a slice of toast.
I am enjoying trying new recipes that make the mundane meat and veg exciting.
Tonight I had Steak with a mustard sauce, stuffed capsicum, roasted asparagus and steam broccolini, and it was really yummy!

I am surviving through the day with Ricotta cheesecakes for some protein snacks, I made them before and they are posted here on this blog further down - it is a nice way to finish off your evening with a cuppa and a little ricotta cheesecake.

Day one of Detox Phase
Well I survived day one of the detox phase without any problems. I even weighed this morning (I know you shouldn't) and I lost a kilo, not surprised with the amount of times I had to wee!
In my first day I had 1 poached egg and 50gms of bacon for breakfast.
Mid morning I had 2 slices of ham and lunch I made some beef patties and had one of those.
Mid afternoon snack was some left over roast beef and dinner I had chicken kebabs, had over 150gms, which is 50gms above normal quota but I was rather depressed with the small helping.
I had a slice of roast beef for my last snack of the day.
I drank my quota of water too! Did not do any walking.
Tuesday 17th May 2011 weight is 103.50kg

Another year gone by....
Well here I am yet again, still have not progressed any further from where I last left off.
Today I am attempting Bodytrim again, I know in theory it works, I just have to stick with it and let it happen.
So day one and I am on the 3 day detox phase 1.
Today's weight is 104.5kgs - 3kgs lighter than when I first started blogging!
My first goal is to get down to the two digits, under 100kgs! (Goal reached 20 days in to diet)
